I am 30 year Female, looking for some advise on nice Sunglasses for Driving. I drive 100 miles a day facing the sun and I want to be equipped with the best sunglasses to make my driving a little easier.

Please mention the Make & Model so that I could try them out.

Make sure you get polarized lenses – they will cut the glare significantly

I guess a car without airbags is worse, but surely an airbag exploding into your face is safer if you are not wearing sunglasses?

Is there a color that’s good for driving at night that will reduce glare and improve your vision? I’m thinking amber, but I’m not too sure.

Amber would be best however you may just need clear polarized lenses. That will cut glare without dimming the illumination. Consider that first and speak to an optometrist or ophthalmologist first.
You may also check with your local driver testing sites and see if there may be any restrictions about sunglasses while driving at night. You just never know!

I don’t know if this is a myth. A Malaysian policeman told a friend recently that wearing sunglasses in a heavy downpour makes it perfectly visible as if there were no rain.
