This VDO was created upon the request of a staff in dealextreme.com to explain the faulty problem of that item. I would believe that faulty product claim process at dealextreme is not that easy to get through. 1. they asked if you have read over the manual 2. they asked if you have read over the forum 3. they asked if you have any photos 4. they asked if you have uploaded VDO 5…. It is quite complicated and annoying for customer to get through this process. On the other hand, it might be good for them use make a use of these faulty report evidences to report back to the factory. Otherwise, they wouldn’t accept the faulty claim??)

Yea i know, ive bought a few thing from dealextreme, some of the stuff is outstandingly cheap and good quality, just wanted to know if they replaced your item or refunded you.

DealExtreme is the online shop that you can trust. But you could imagine that hundred thondsands trasaction a month, the process of return (store credit) or asking for a replacement takes a month normally. However, no one would beat them for the bargain PRICE!

4. Chase up your case in dealextreme reponse, by sending the tracking result, attech receipt, delivery ref number and tell them that it has arrived and what the claim status it is now.
5. dealextreme would respond you by asking if you A. need a new one , or B. refund as a credit to buy other stuff on their website
How to process the faulty claim
1. report faulty problem:
- you have read manual, forum, uploaded prepared pictures, uploaded videos (you can use my vdo link at youtube to explain the fault) at the same report (you need to report via their website).
2. When you get an email that you can send the item back
- send the faulty item with recorded deliver only
3. A week after, track your parcel in the courier website.
